 Water is most essential for our body so much so that it is kept above food. Without water we cannot assimilate the nutrient from our food. Because water is so essential we cannot drink it however we want.

About 70% of our body made up of water. So, for functioning of our body adequate water is essential however same water when consumed in wrong way becomes the reason of many health problems like migraine, indigestion, bloating, acidity, joint pain, skin problem, hair fall, heart and kidney problem etc. 99 percent people don't know the correct way of drinking water hence, damaging their body. When we eat meal our body body temperature rises for better digestion but drinking water dilutes the gastric acid hence, reducing the ability to digest food. This way food rots within the system which brings the digestive problem like indigestion, gas, acidity etc. Drinking water just after meal acts as slow poison. One simple hack is to rinse water after meal. One must keep a gap of at least an hour before and after meal for drinking water.

In today's busy life most people mindlessly gulp down water. If you drink water too fast your body doesn't accept it and flushes it out. Our saliva is alkaline in nature and stomach is acidic in nature so it's role is to help neutralize the acid stomach. Drinking water too fast saliva doesn't mix with it properly and fails too neutralize the acid. Which causes problem like acidity, gas etc. Ideally one should slowly sip the water.

Ideally one should drink normal water at room temperature. Some people drinks a lot of water forcefully even when they are not thirsty and just because somebody told them more water is better. Of course proper hydration is important but excess of everything is bad. This holds true for water too. It makes salt and other electrolyte in our body to dilute. It can also cause body cell to swell which is a hazardous in case of brain and heart. It also put undue pressure and stress in our kidneys.

Everyone of us has done it. This is another side effect of fast and busy modern life. If we drink water in a standing position our kidneys are unable to filter it properly. In this position our muscle and nervous system are not relaxed which makes it difficult to absorb the fluid so it gets assimilated in joints which may causes joint pain and arthritis. It is best to sit and drink water slowly.

Great tip 


You should never skip water just after waking up and before brushing. Keep water in a copper vessel a night before in wooden surface and have it in the next day. This make it copper charge. Don't transfer it into other vessel. It has lots of health benefits.
